Dear Parents,

I am excited about having your child in my class this year. My goal is for each student to love coming to school, to be eager about learning, to expand experiences through the use of math, and to recognize and appreciate the uniqueness of each individual. It is important that we work together so that mutual respect is evident and a safe, caring educational climate is established. I firmly believe that every student has a right to learn and that no student should be permitted to prevent another student from learning. It is equally important for me to teach mathematics and to develop future positive and productive personalities within my students.
