                                  Create solutions for today’s problems

Meet new people and make new friends

YOU GAIN SKILLS...

                                           Negotiation and compromise... diplomacy

AS AN "MUNer", YOU HAVE FOUR TASKS...

1. Learn about the United Nations... its history and the work it accomplishes around the world

2. Learn about a country and represent its interests in MUN debate

3. Examine an issue... what problem does it present for us, what are the various sides of the issue, what goals do those involved have, what has been done in the past to try to resolve the issue or improve the situation

4. Develop a solution to the issue, based on the viewpoint of the country you are representing

We study and discuss issues that are discussed at the United Nations

We attend TWO MUN conferences...
