Please fill out this form every time you log in to your computer. This provides the teacher a record of the date and time you and your associates actually begin. work. It records the name of the computer at which you're working as well as the date and time you actually began work.

It is not necessary for you to sign out at the end of the class period. The teacher has, however, observed that the average time required for a computing student to stop work, save everything and shut down the computer is twenty-two seconds! It would be unrealistic for you to stop working more than three minutes before the time you are to leave class. Remember that the teacher is watching....
