Brief Overview of Responsibilities of Officers:
President will run meetings.
Vice President fills in when President not available, helps with meetings and membership.
Secretary takes minutes and attendance. Also, maintains chapter records and notebook.
Treasurer is in charge of funds raised and funding issues.
Parliamentarian makes sure meetings start and end on time and follows Roberts Rules of Order.
Historian keep notebook of important NJHS events, pictures, members…
Publicity organizes poster and flyer creation. Creates announcements and makes sure they are submitted to HS office on time.
Philanthropy schedules and maintains our community service and support activities. Also helps develop ideas for building leadership and citizenship.
