2005-2006 year long projects-
NJHS supported many individuals and families as they recovered from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Through collections and donations from around the United States, we distributed over 100 filled backpacks, 0ver 80 boxes full of school supplies and teacher resource materials, more than 20 boxes of new clothes, and more than $250 was given to local families.
Spring 2005 projects-
Pennies for Tsunami Relief- we raised over $100.
Feb. 18th- Masquerade Ball for HS. Over 100 high school students attended this event.
Winter 2004 project-
Toiletries were collected for the Seafarer's at the Port of Houston. Our campus collected 50 lbs. of toiletries and stationary items.
