Campus Behavior Coordinators
The Campus Behavior Coordinators support a safe, respectful learning environment by partnering with students, families, and staff to address behavioral concerns and ensure consistent implementation of the Student Code of Conduct.
At WAIS, discipline and campus behavior support is managed by:
Evon Babcock – Assistant Principal (Grades 6–8)
Jesse Tachiquin – Assistant Principal (Grades 9–12)
What We Support
Behavior coordinators help with (some examples):
- Classroom behavior concerns and repeated disruptions
- Student conflict resolution and peer concerns
- Campus safety issues
- Violations of school rules and expectations
Our Goal
Our goal is to help students learn from mistakes, restore relationships when possible, and return to class ready to learn while maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
