“Our commitment to student success is at the heart of all we do,” said Patricia Kassir, Director of SBISD’s Advanced Academic Studies. “The strong SAT performance reflects our ongoing efforts to provide learners with the resources and opportunities needed for success.”

Exceptional Results Across SBISD

In addition to top SAT rankings, SBISD has been recognized for its exceptional academic performance across multiple measures. The district ranks #1 in the Houston area for third-grade reading and eighth-grade math and in the 92nd percentile for relative performance among 98 similar Texas districts. SBISD also achieved its highest-ever College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) score of 73 in 2024.

“Our educators and staff have worked tirelessly to create an environment where all students can thrive,” said Dr. Jennifer Blaine, Superintendent of Spring Branch ISD. “I’m thrilled to see Spring Branch Academy Institute (SBAI) and Memorial High School on this list. This is a testament to the dedication of our students, educators, and families. We are truly knocking it out of the park!”

Preparing Students for College, Career, and Beyond

SBISD’s T-2-4 vision ensures that Every Child is prepared for life after high school, whether through higher education, a career, or military service. The district’s Early College program allows students to earn college credits while still in high school, minimizing tuition costs and giving them a head start on their postsecondary education.

Additionally, SBISD’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs equip students with industry-recognized certifications in high-demand fields such as healthcare, technology, and business, preparing them for both career success and further education.
