Jacquelyn "Jackie" Phillips serves as the IB Coordinator at Westchester Academy, supporting students and teachers across the school's IB programmes. With a background in English education, she brings a classroom-centered approach to IB leadership and believes strongly in developing students as thoughtful, capable learners.
Jackie collaborates with teachers to support assessment practices, service learning and builds strong connections between academic work and life beyond high school. She earned her degree in English with a specialization in Education form the University of Texas at Austin and began her career in Spring Branch ISD.
Outside of school, Jackie and her husband are raising their twin boys, Austin and Phillip, and they enjoy spending time together as a family.
