Club Proposal Process: Interested in starting a club at WAIS?

 

Congratulations and thank you for your interest in contributing to a positive campus environment at WAIS through the creation of a new club! To begin the process of getting approved, read through this document entirely and then complete the WAIS Club Proposal form. The link is included at the end of this document. After the completed form has been returned to the Main Office or emailed to an administrator, the application will go through the following process:

1. The WAIS Instructional Leadership Team will review the submitted proposal.

2. An administrator will email you and your faculty sponsor to notify you if your club proposal has been approved or denied.

 

Deadlines to submit an application:

First Semester: Friday, October 17, 2025

Second Semester: Friday, January 19, 2026
